Boasting an average monthly temperature of no less than 65 degrees Fahrenheit, Miami, Florida is a beacon for visitors and a boon for residents. Located on Biscayne Bay between the Atlantic Ocean and the Everglades, Miami (pop. about 250,000) offers fun in the sun with white sand beaches, scuba diving, sailing and parasailing as well as municipal marinas open to the public.
