UPP is a leader in the configuration, implementation, integration and modification of Oracle Financials, Oracle Manufacturing/GEMMS as well as SAP, PeopleSoft, Siebel CRM, Lawson Financials, etc. For a principal in the oil and gas industry, the UPP team developed and implemented interfaces to Oracle Financials in a UNIX environment, using Oracle Tools. For the same company, UPP consultants have also been called upon to assist with PeopleSoft HRMS/Payroll, including PeopleSoft implementation using SQR, PeopleCode, and related tools. UPP is also responsible for SAP ABAP
development support for an SAP implementation at the largest farmer-owned cooperative in North America, including EDI, ALE, and IDOC modifications. UPP is additionally providing a Midwest-based consumer goods company with SAP BASIS administration support for more than 10 SAP systems, including R/3 and BW under Oracle/UNIX. For a global leader in the entertainment industry, UPP provides Siebel development and production support for Siebel CallCenter and Marketing, including administration, remote support, on-call services, integration with MQSeries (modified EAI services), and deployment of new releases, using Siebel tools to create business objects, applets, picklists, LOV's, etc. as well as Workflow, CTI, EIM, SmartScripts and tools such as Actuate and Microsoft Installer Packages (Case Study). UPP has also provided EDI support for both a sporting goods manufacturer (Harbringer to Sterling GENTRAN conversion) and for a worldwide shipping and distribution company. Additionally, UPP has experience with Lawson Financials, from new Lawson purchase order and inventory implementations for a food distributor, to Lawson enhancement and support of an existing merchandising system for a beverages distributor.
