UPP Business Systems has been providing Systems Integration and Infrastructure Support services to this company since 1998, including tasks as diverse as Unisys 2200 and IBM mainframe legacy systems management to Lotus and Microsoft e-mail messaging systems support, and Siebel CRM systems administration. Operations for this highly complex and diverse organization include Customer Relationship Management as well as reservations, property management, sales & marketing, financials, human resources, etc.

Spotlighting Siebel CRM, responsible for Siebel Call Center and Marketing design, development, maintenance, modification. Using Siebel Tools, created and modified Business Objects, Business Components, Views, Applets, Screens, Multi-Value Fields & Links, Picklists, LOVs, Actuate Reports, Workflow Programs, Workflow Policies, Business Services, EAI Services. Also created Document Templates, Field Mappings, Libraries, Proposals, Collateral and Correspondence Templates.

Additionally coded enhancements in Siebel VB. Developed VB program to integrate Siebel with Travel and Reservation systems. Used Jacada/Enterprise Access 2000 software to create mapmaker, methods and data mapping between Siebel and legacy systems. Created SmartScripts to capture guest/contact information, assist agents in cross-selling and upgrade-selling, convert account and contact information and gather additional information for client's direct marketing program.

Also evaluated and modified existing programs in response to enhancement requests and environmental changes. Responsible for Siebel CTI configuration, EIM routines, EAI mapping extending table columns, etc. Designed and modified EAI services for Siebel integration with IBM MQ-Series. Worked with CTI integration and Avaya. Troubleshot Avaya CTI issues. Coordinated pre-release modification testing. Created and implemented Microsoft Installer Package to deploy new Siebel releases to over 500 users.

Worked with business resources and developers to support application, infrastructure and interfaces. Created employee users, remote users, positions, responsibilities. Created Workflow policies. Granted permissions to back end Oracle database. Administered ring batch address validation module. Monitored server tasks. Used TOAD and SQL*Plus to create and modify stored procedures for data import/export with Oracle. Modified and designed batch jobs for data import/export between Siebel and legacy systems. Also setup environments for Siebel training and testing.

In addition to testing and implementation of all objects designed and developed for Siebel, also responsible for testing the Reservation system, including the Siebel integration with Logibro, Java, MQ-Series on Oracle under Solaris UNIX and Windows. Designed and executed Test Plan and Test Cases. Coded extensively in TSL for Smoke and Regression Test Cases. Tested using automated tools such as WinRunner, TestDirector and Rational ClearCase. Executed Test Cases for remote development team.
