The company provides employees with the opportunity to set aside up to 100% of their earnings to meet long term savings goals. The company pays 100% of the plan administration investment fees and will match 25% of contributions up to a maximum deduction of 5% per employee. Enrollment dates are quarterly: January 1st, April 1st, July 1st and October 1st. Employee contributions are always 100% vested. Employee Referral |
|
The company encourages all employees to refer qualified applicants to the Staffing Department for consideration for current and pending assignments. Employees who refer applicants will receive a $2,000 bonus for each applicant who joins the company in a full-time capacity within 180 days of the referral. The first $1000 of the referral bonus will be remitted with your next paycheck after the referred candidate's first 30 days of service, and the second $1000 with your next paycheck following 90 days of service by your candidate. (Note: You must be an active employee to be eligible for payment of the referral bonus). |

Client Referral |
|
A $2,000 bonus will be awarded to an employee if a contract is signed within 90 days of the referral and the consultant bills for a minimum of 45 days, (9 weeks). The consultant should present the Account Name, Contact Name and Account Information to the Account Executive. Management will review the information, check for any conflict and log the referral. |
